What we collect
Your email address (to create your account), the content you post (cases, comments, uploaded images), and basic usage events so we can keep the service running and safe. Spaces audio and video stream directly between participants and are not recorded by us.
How we use it
To operate Talk Open, show your cases and profile, protect against abuse and bots (rate limiting), and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Where it lives
Data is stored on Amazon Web Services. Uploaded images are served over a CDN. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, delete cases you have posted, and request deletion of your account by emailing hello@talkopen.com.
