1. What Talk Open is

Talk Open is a place to build public, evidence-backed cases and to debate them in live Spaces. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your access secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live).

3. What you post

You own what you create. By posting, you grant Talk Open a license to host and display it on the service. Do not post unlawful content, harassment, spam, or material you do not have the right to share. Bring evidence, argue in good faith, and do not impersonate others.

4. Live Spaces

Spaces carry live audio and video between participants. Do not record or rebroadcast others without consent, and follow the same conduct rules as the rest of the service.

5. Moderation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. The service is provided "as is," without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
